These terms and conditions apply to all services that 2ndFllor provides its guests
The guest contract is made orally or in writing (via email, fax or post).
Reserved rooms are made available by 2ndFloor as of 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Rooms are to be vacated by 12 a.m. on the day of departure.
2ndFloor reserves rooms on the day of arrival until 10 p.m. A later arrival time can be agreed upon. If the hotel is not notified of this late arrival, 2ndFloor is entitled to reallocate the room in order to avoid a deficit.
Payment can be made in advance by credit card or direct debit. Payment in cash or by debit card can be made at Hotel Michelangelo. Payment is to be made upon departure at the latest.
Reservations are binding. Cancellations of room reservations can be made free of charge up to 24 h before arrival. In the event that a cancellation is made after this deadline,100% of the charge
In the event that individual provisions should become fully or partially legally invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
